⁣⁣ Today, on International Women’s Day 2021, we are taking moment to appreciate, honor and celebrate the women in conservation, tourism, wildlife protection and hospitality across Africa. The women who work tirelessly in often unforgiving jobs and who have often overcome so much to be where they are today, creating and inspiring change as they go.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
This year, the theme of Women’s Day is #ChoosetoChallenge. A challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change. So, let’s all choose to challenge. Challenge gender bias. Challenge the status quo. Challenge gendered action. Challenge assumptions.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Here’s to women across the continent. Here’s to change.⁣⁣⁣
