News: South African Lion Pride Released Onto Somkhanda Reserve

In May 2017, Empowers Africa participated in a lion habitat expansion project project in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa in partnership with Wildlands and Wildlife ACT. The newly formed pride of lion from Phinda Private Game Reserve was recently introduced onto Somkhanda Community Game Reserve and are now thriving in their new environment!
