Empowers Africa makes grant to the Nkuringo Orphans Group
Empowers Africa made a grant to the Nkuringo Orphans Group to sponsor 4 students at the Nkuringo Bright Future Pre and Primary School. This grant will provide each student with school fees, exercise books, textbooks, sports uniform, medical costs, field trips, acrobatic club fee, accommodation fee, toiletries and spending money.
Nkuringo Bright Future Pre and Primary School was formed by the Nkuringo Orphans Group and provides accommodations and education for 232 orphans and vulnerable children living in the very remote Nteko parish of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. 133 students board at the school and Arthur Kajubwami is the school’s director and inspirational leader. The children are ages 5 to 12 years old.
