We couldn’t quite believe our eyes when we saw these amazing photographs of the African black leopard, captured by wildlife photographer @willbl in Kenya’s Laikipia area. The stuff of legend for decades, the cat is one of the rarest animals on earth and in fact, no photographic evidence has been captured for 100 years! It’s entirely black as a result of melanism, the exact opposite of albinism and if you look closely, you can also see the characteristic rosettes. Incredible!
