This year, the usually blood-red dunes of Sossusvlei in Namibia were turned into fields of glorious, vibrant green after a higher than average rainfall. Can you believe the difference in these photos from the iconic dry, dusty desert-scapes we are so used to seeing? Mother Nature never ceases to amaze… 🌍️
Posted @withregram • @wearewilderness In January, rain fell across the expansive desert landscape at Little Kulala, Sossusvlei, and since then, the glorious red terrain has transformed into fields of green. This past month brought small teasers of rain, and hopefully, still more will come to preserve this unique version of Namibia.
