Rangers come in all shapes and sizes – this one even on horseback! – but one thing is always certain and that is that if they are to protect Africa’s wildlife and beautiful wild places, they need the right equipment.
Our friends and partners @africanparksnetwork are taking part in the #WildlifeRangerChallenge to help buy gear for rangers across the continent. 1000 African Parks rangers will run (collectively!) 21,000 kilometres to help raise funds for others less fortunate than them. If you would like to help, please head over to @africanparksnetwork and click the link in their bio.

Thanks to your incredible support, you have helped us outfit 400 rangers in need of gear! But we are only 40% of our way to our goal of outfitting 1,000 rangers, and we need your help!
.
We are participating in the #WildlifeRangerChallenge on October 3rd, where 1,000 of our rangers will run a cumulative distance of 21,000 km to raise funds for their colleagues, non-African Parks rangers, who are in real need of basic but critical gear to effectively do their jobs and protect Africa’s wildlife. Wildlife Rangers are the cornerstones of effectively managed protected areas – but are severely under-resource, especially now during these challenging times.

If you would like to help our rangers raise funds for their colleagues, please click the link in our bio to donate and share this message. Any amount matters and helps a ranger in need.
