We are delighted to announce that we are teaming up with @wildtomorrowfund to support the remarkable Green Mamba initiative by matching donations up to $2150.
So, who are the Green Mambas? They are an all-woman (and all-star 🌟) team of 14 women, employed and trained by Wild Tomorrow Fund for green and sustainable jobs such as alien plant removal, sustainable fruit harvesting, plastic pollution removal, controlled-bush-fire management and more.
By supporting the project, we hope to uplift this group of strong women and allow them to earn additional income whilst also building positive connections between conservationists and local communities.
The fundraising target is $4300 (the cost for the Green Mambas to clear 188 acres of alien plants on Wild Tomorrow Fund’s nature conservancies).
