It’s incredibly sad to see the impact that we humans have on the environment and the animals that surround us. This photo was taken in the Kruger National Park in South Africa, one of the continent’s most famous wildlife sanctuaries, and it’s devastating to see our effects in such an obvious way. As always, thank you to the people on the ground across Africa who work tirelessly to prevent things like this from happening and who protect our wildlife on a daily basis. Photo by @kengeiger | One of the saddest things to witness in nature is man’s impact on the wild. Even in a wildlife sanctuary like Kruger National Park, South Africa, careless people don’t realize the impact their trash has on wildlife. This adolescent hyena was actually using this bottle to play keep-away with its siblings. Fortunately the bottle didn’t break, and when the hyenas departed, the bottle was collected and disposed of properly. Make a difference today, choose #PlanetorPlastic, choose the planet!
