Holding the dubious reputation as the most trafficked mammal in the world, these beautiful creatures need our help more than ever.
Trafficked for their unique scales that many believe to hold medicinal and curative benefits, the insatiable demand is driving the pangolin to extinction. Combined with habitat loss and the threat of climate change there are now alarmingly low numbers of pangolins left in south, central and east Africa.
