We are pleased to announce that we will be continuing our support for African People and Wildlife (APW) in 2019, an organisation that works to ensure a future where humans and wild animals thrive living side by side, focused particularly on communities in northern Tanzania 🇹🇿 The 2019 grant will go towards their Beekeeping Initiative, aimed at protecting wildlife habitat while increasing local women’s access to education and economic self-sufficiency. The initiative currently supports 1,100 women in 9 communities and with the grant, it is hoped they can expand the project to a further 3 communities by 2021 🐝 🌍
